- Limited retention. A listing is deleted 36 months after it is collected, by default.
- Exclusion list. An email, a domain or a business you never want to collect again.

Do I need an account?
No. The free plan works as soon as you install it, with no account or card. With Pro or Agency, a licence key appears right after payment: paste it into the extension, under “Plan and licence”. Lost your key? Email us from the address used for the purchase.
Which browser does SweepLead work on?
Google Chrome, on a Windows or Mac computer. You install the extension by hand in five minutes, in developer mode: this is the method Chrome provides for extensions distributed outside its store. See the installation guide
Does my computer need to stay on during a collection?
Yes, with Chrome open: collection runs in a Google Maps tab in your browser. You can switch tabs and keep working in the meantime.
What happens when I reach my monthly limit?
Collection stops until the first day of the next month, or until you move to a higher plan. The counter resets every month; unused listings don’t carry over.
Can I use my licence on several computers?
Pro includes 1 seat, Agency 3. A computer that hasn’t used SweepLead for 14 days frees up its seat automatically.
Do I keep the countries I buy?
Yes, as long as your Pro or Agency subscription is active. If you cancel and come back with the same key, you get them back.
How do I cancel?
In one click, from the extension: “Plan and licence”, then “Manage my subscription”. You keep your plan until the end of the paid period, then the extension switches back to the free plan. Your listings stay on your computer.
Why does my bank statement say “LINK.COM”?
Payment is collected by Link, Stripe’s payment service. Link sends the receipt and, where the law requires it, the invoice, and handles VAT. Your statement shows “LINK.COM*” followed by the product name.
Who is responsible for the listings I collect?
You are. Listings stay on your computer and you decide how to use them, in line with GDPR and the rules on marketing emails: consent from individuals before emailing them (in the UK, sole traders included) and the right of businesses to object. SweepLead helps (limited retention, exclusion list, personal inbox filter) but does not replace your obligations.
